Whether you are a new, or returning customer, you have our personal guarantee that your recipients will receive a gift that is freshly created using the highest quality products available.  If for some reason your gift is not received in satisfactory condition, then we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of your order delivery.  We will be happy to offer a refund, or replacement for your gift purchase.  We do request that the original gift item be returned to us for examination, prior to a replacement or refund being issued.
