Will my purchase be easy and secure?  Yes, you can shop online by price, category, and keyword, or browse by photo and price.  When you are ready to check out, you will be directed to our secure server where you can make a 100% safe and secure purchase.  For your convenience we accept online payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Echeck, and PayPal.  We operate on a secure server, safe, hacker free, and we are a PayPal Verified and Trusted Company.  Once you complete your transaction, you will receive a receipt of your order at the email address that you provide, an order confirmation from our customer service department when your order is being processed, and a tracking confirmation the moment that your order is in route to it's destination.

Where Do You Ship To? We offer shipping throughout the United States, and Canada.  Because of the nature of our products, at this time we do not offer shipping to APO, and FPO addresses, as they can be delayed indefinately.

Can I make a custom gift request? Yes, we are happy to custom design a gift basket of your choice in the price range that is comfortable for your budget. Simply contact us with your request, and we will design a gift to fit your requested budget. Once your order is completed, we can send you an online invoice, or you can call us directly to process your order.

Do you offer refunds, and returns? Yes, if for some reason your order does not arrive in satisfactory condition, we will make it right. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report a problem. We can either replace your order, or issue a refund for your purchase price. We do request that you return the original gift item to us for inspection, before a replacement or refund is issued.
